Most recruiters will tell you, if they had to select the single, most annoying mistake candidates make in their resumes, it would be the copy-paste description of work experience.
Let’s think about it for a second. If you’re a recruiter and receive a resume which describes responsibilities and nothing else, how are you going to know how the applicant performed those duties during their employment?
